SECOND CHANCE $165

So you missed out on the first class. Don’t worry, it happens. You are eligible for a second chance class at a discount.

The Second Chance Class fee is $165.00 and must be received in order to guarantee a spot in your second  class. Participants must submit the Second Chance & Waiver Release Forms below at least 72 hours prior to the second class date. The Second Chance is a one-time opportunity and participants must complete the course within 90-days of the original class date. Please choose a class date and location you can attend. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

NOTE – May class dates are excluded from the Second Chance offer and only participants with a Second Chance voucher number are eligible for the Second Chance Class enrollment. Participants received their unique Second Chance voucher number from their Streamline Instructor during the first class.
