CLASS TRANSFER $45

The class transfer fee is $45.00 and must be received to transfer class dates. Participants must submit the Class Transfer & Waiver Release Forms below at least 72 hours prior to the  original class date. Participants may transfer a total of one time and training must be completed within 90 days of the original class date.
